Welcome to Willy Wagtail’s Garden Early Learning Centre, a place where children develop and grow in a happy, safe and educating environment. Children aged 2 – 5 years enjoy exploring and learning through both planned activities as well as spontaneous play based experiences. Educators use the current national ‘Early Years Learning Framework’ as their structure for building our high quality program. Our School Readiness Program caters for all children eligible to go to ‘Big School’ in the following year and runs every day of the week. “We are an excellent quality child care centre in Fairy Meadow.”

Willy Wagtail’s Garden Early Learning Centre is a 28 place Centre. Our opening hours are 7.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.

We are closed for 2 weeks during Christmas at which time there are no fees for parents to pay.

We are also a sun smart centre. We provide free sun smart hats on enrolment.

Our multipurpose centre is designed for maximum flexibility, accommodating for a wide range of activities. It creates opportunities for Educators to offer diverse and evolving layouts and exciting spatial use. Our rooms are set up using an assortment of resources which support the individual interests and educational needs of children, as well as promote our Interest Areas. Our large outside playground has an emphasis on our natural world, with native trees and plants creating a perfect shade barrier from the sun throughout the day. Children are encouraged to explore our vegetable garden, get creative in the sandpit, as well as discover the multitude of further outdoor equipment added to the environment on a daily basis.
